Nusa Dua is east facing beach, that’s why whenever you can’t surf to other spots, you can come here. Always get informed about the weather forecast. Although it seems a nice beach, the picture is deceiving. The waves can be very strong. Nusa Dua is only suitable for experienced surfers.

Best time to surf in Bali is dry season (from April to October)

The surf season is from April to October, during the dry season. The solid swells come out around 6-8 ft and the temperature of the water is around 28°C. On the other hand there is the exception of Nusa Dua where the best time to surf is during the wet season, with waves up to 5-8 ft and water temperature around 26°C. Whenever you visit Bali is a must to try surfing in one of its surfing spots.
