Panoramic Helicopter Flight Along Bali’s Coastline (Tour 1)

Private helicopter tours in Bali require 100% prepayment to confirm the booking.

Full prepayment is required to reserve the helicopter exclusively for the Client and to secure the selected flight date and time.

No-show and late arrival policy: Failure of the Client and/or passengers to arrive at the designated departure location at the scheduled departure time shall constitute a no-show. In such case, the booking shall be deemed cancelled by the Client, and 100% of the total booking amount shall be retained as a cancellation fee. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be provided.

If the minimum group size required for a shared helicopter flight in Bali is not formed, the Company may offer one of the following options:

• Upgrade to a private helicopter flight with an additional payment
• Change to a helicopter tour of shorter duration
• Receive a full refund of the amount paid

The cancellation policy applies to shared helicopter tours in Bali and depends on the time of cancellation:

• If the booking is cancelled by the Client more than 72 hours before the scheduled flight, a refund of 50% of the total booking amount shall be provided.
• If the booking is cancelled by the Client less than 48 hours before the scheduled flight, no refund shall be provided.

The helicopter tours offered on this website are operated using four-seat Robinson R66 helicopters.

Six-seat helicopters may be available upon request. Aircraft type, route and total cost are subject to availability and confirmation.

Yes. Children aged 2 years and older require their own seat. Children under 2 years of age may fly free of charge when seated on a parent’s lap.

Passport details and passenger weight are required prior to the helicopter flight for weight and balance calculations.

If luggage is carried, its weight and dimensions must be provided in advance. The maximum total luggage allowance is 50 kg per helicopter.

Passengers must arrive at the helipad at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in, safety briefing and verification procedures.
