No-show and late arrival policy: Failure of the Client and/or passengers to arrive at the designated departure location at the scheduled departure time shall constitute a no-show. In such case, the booking shall be deemed cancelled by the Client, and 100% of the total booking amount shall be retained as a cancellation fee. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be provided.

What happens if the group for a shared helicopter flight in Bali is not completed?

If the minimum group size required for a shared helicopter flight in Bali is not formed, the Company may offer one of the following options:

  • Upgrade to a private helicopter flight with an additional payment
  • Change to a helicopter tour of shorter duration
